Writing is a bunch of words on paper, but they are your words. You can make those words for any story, autobiography, research paper, or blog that you want. Writing is a freedom of expression and speech. It's a way to let your thoughts flow onto a piece of paper. Whether it is talking about the way clouds form to telling a story about how you grew up and the events that took place during that and how it affected people. Everyone should write with a purpose. A remix is similar to an original copy, but altered in a way so that one can call that piece of work their own. A piece of writing and a remix are similar are similar from my view because a story that one person tells can be completely different form what another person has to tell who both experienced that event. For example, someone who was witnessing an argument between two coworkers may have a completely different story than the person who was actually involved in the fight. My expectations for this course is to expand and improve my writing and put more emphasis on how I write and what I choose to write about. I expect to write multiple essays or stories that give me the practice to become a better writer. I hope to gain the knowledge to be able to write essays, stories, and papers more easily for later on in not only my college career, but also my lifetime career. Writing is an art and the way you write can either drive your reader to read more or drive them away.
