Technology and computers are constantly growing in our society. As kids grow up they are introduced to computers at a very early age now unlike the older generations, where there weren't any. All computers are formed out of strings of sequential coding. If kids learn how to do just the simple codes, then they will grow up learning more. People believe that schools should offer coding as a language course just like there is spanish, italian, french, chinese, etc., because coding is considered the language of the future due to all the technology coming about.
Not only does this benefit kids in learning how to code specifically, but it makes them think more logically. It can help with sequencing abilities, such as math, reading, and also basic life tasks.
The exigence is to improve on kid’s education and change it to what it should be/include for today.
The audience would be technologically advanced parents because they would want the best for their kids and they would recognize that this will be a needed skill for their future.
The constraints would include pathos because it would deal with the parents feeling like good about their kid’s future, knowing that they have knowledge that can help them succeed in life.
For this project, it will be a presentation using any up-to-date apple computer. There will be a file that you click on and words describing and talking about this idea will appear. Not only will they appear but there will also be audio of the computer speaking the words on the screen. It will be performed using a kind of command script. Almost any apple computer will be able to open this because it opens up in the Terminal app, which is the command prompt for apple’s OS-X. Finally, once this project is all done, I will record a video of ti happening so non-mac users can view it as well.
